Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept most debit and credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, we accept Euros and US dollar credit cards.
We accept most major credit and debit cards via our Worldpay system
Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order within 5 working days.
UK orders are normally received within 2 days following dispatch.
International orders are generally received within 5 to 10 days of dispatch.
Occasionally, we may be out of stock of one of your items. In such events, we shall endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as the item is back in stock.
We reserve the right to add any additional carriage charges and import taxes to orders; we will notify you first and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
We will always supply information on request to support these additional charges.
Back Orders
Occasionally, we may be out of stock of one of your items. In such events, we shall endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as the item is back in stock.
Should any item ordered be out of stock for longer than 30 days, we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund for that item.
Tax Charges
All orders placed outside of the European Union, are exempt of VAT tax, this will be automatically deducted when selecting your zone as ROW (Rest of World).

In the unlikely event of an incorrect delivery; please notify us as soon as is practicable, where possible within 2 working days.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the product to us provided the product is unopened and in its original condition within 14 days from receiving the item (original delivery and return costs, whatever made by Sure-Direct will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of receiving your return.
Please email sales@sureloc-direct.com to obtain a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel. Please enclose a note stating your shipment number and the reason for your return. Re-package the goods and send to the address below.
